About the Event
Orchestra Parents and Students,
Poster pictures will be taken of ALL orchestra students on August 9th. Please make every effort to be there. We use these pictures for our annual orchestra posters. Â Please arrive a few minutes early to find the exact location and park. This will only take 10-15 minutes max.Â
When: Â Wednesday, August 9, 2023
What Time: 8:45am
Where: corner of Euclid and Drexel by Prather Park in Highland ParkÂ
*****Please note for current students, this is NOT the same location as last year!*****
What to wear: Dark Blue T-Shirt/Or Orchestra Polo if you have one
NOTES:
Wear any dark t-shirt you have, but preferably blue. The pictures are cropped so you will not see any logos on the front. The poster pictures are black and white so as long as the t-shirt is dark in color it should be fine. Students that have orchestra polo shirts are encouraged to wear those.
Some students will be taking part in registration on the day of our pictures, they can go to registration anytime during the 2 hr window. Â Get your picture taken first, then head to registration if applicable to you!
